My favorite band is U2

hello, I' m going to present my favorite bands and I'm going to say for that reason I like. first I like the rock music, their songs and it's social message and I love Bono.

Now Im going to leave with something about their lifes. in the fall of 1976 after 14 yaer old Larry Mullen formed U2. he posted a note on the bulletin of his school seeking muscicians for a new band. five persons know originally as "feedback" formed with Mullen on drums, Adam Clayton on bass, Paul hewson (later called as Bono), on vocals and Dave Evans (later called as the edge) on guitar and his brother Dick also placed guitar but left feedback.

They changed their name to " the hipe" an began rehearsing on weekends and later school. out school the band played around Dublin. in september, 1979 U2 released its first single and the first album "boy" in october of 1980, offered a fresh and new sound. The second album was in october of 1981 and was about the Christianity.

The third album was " war" and Bono have to much troubles with the song "sunday, bloody sunday". the unforgettable fire, was the name for a series of paintings about the survivors of the atomic bombs.

The joshua tree was the five album and combine rock with a conscience about the life. their first american concerts was in 1992 and it was called " the Zoo TV" U2 also released and experimental album called " original soundtrack" and with the collaboration of Luciano Pavarotty, "Miss Saragevo" this is one of my preffers songs. if you want a compilation of their best songs I can recomended "the best of 1980-1990".

After that U2 released the album "All that you can't leave behind" and promoted the elevation tour. The last tour was vertigo and Chilean people could saw because they showed in Chile.
